Friday, August 13th, athletes can check-in from 3 to 8pm at the Main Beach Transition Area.

3 to 8pm - Race packagers can be picked up.

5 to 8pm - Changes to previous registrations can be made at this time.

6 to 8pm - Last minute registration can be made. There will be no race day registration accepted.

Due to high race numbers, this check-in is strongly encouraged to facilitate a smooth race day start.

During this time there will be race representatives present to answer any questions regarding the course or the race in general.

2010 RMTri Check-in Procedure

Due to the continued growth of our race (we expect an estimated 400 athletes), we`ve streamlined the Friday check-in process in order to efficiently process everyone. Hopefully with no long line-ups! Below we`ve outlined a step by step process that will be followed for Athletes to check in, pick up race bibs, race packages, caps etc.

Step One.
Two tables A-L or M-Z according to last name.
Here you will receive your Bib Number, a brunch ticket, race wrist band (which we suggest you put on at this time as there will be no entry into the transition zone without a RMTri wrist band. )
Sign the Waiver confirmation form

Step Two.
Two tables A-L or M-Z according to last name.
Here we will verify you’re registered in the correct event and age group
Receive your Event Bag (note: due to high registration, athletes who register late will not be guaranteed a race bag)
Receive a swim cap with your race number

Step Three
If you have pre-ordered a T-shirt you can pick it up at this table
There will be a limited number of T-shirts for sale here
If you are wearing an older t-shirt from past RMTri’s you can enter your name for the draw here
Draw for Friday night check in only. Draw to be made at the end of check in (8 p.m. Friday). Winners will be posted on board

RMTri volunteers will be available to answer any question you may have.

Important Note

Each Athlete must personally check in. This includes all members of relay teams. Bib numbers, bags, caps etc will not be given to a third party.

Athletes under 18 must have their parent of guardian co-sign the waiver.

Your registration fee includes a brunch at the WigWam restaurant, a block west from the transition zone.

Saturday morning, access to the Transition zone is limited to Athletes and Volunteers only. Only those with an event wrist band will be allowed to enter. Please note that this will be strictly enforced.

If you have already checked in on Friday, on entering Transition Zone Saturday morning please rack your bike and go immediately to Body Marking.
